Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and to Canada and Australia.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, regardless of order total. Orders placed with "FREE SHIPPING" option selected are usually shipped out same-day, especially if they are placed before 12PM CST. If not, they are shipped out next-day. These orders usually arrive in 2-4 days.

Other shipping options:

2-3 Day Priority Shipping $7: Orders placed before 12PM CST are shipped same-day, Monday-Friday.

Express 1-2 Day Shipping $25: Signature is required. Orders placed before 12PM CST are shipped same-day, Monday-Friday.

Shipping to Canada & Australia is $35 flat. Those orders will also usually be shipped out same-day or next-day, depending on when the order is placed.

Things to note:

Please always double check that your shipping address is correct! If for some reason you submitted an order with the wrong one, send an email, so we can correct it ASAP! 

Returns

You can return unworn, undamaged (unwashed, no makeup or dirt, etc.) clothing items within 14 days of the date your package is delivered. You can be refunded your money or you can get a store credit if there's something else you'd like. Jewelry and accessories are only eligible for store credit. 

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange. Any purchases made by customers outside the U.S. are also not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.

How to return: 

Step 1: email us at nikniksboutique@gmail.com & and let us know what item(s) you want to return. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label.

Step 2: package the item(s) up and ship them back to us. We will quickly refund you as soon as we receive your return.

How to exchange:

We know sometimes you might not pick the right size or might change your mind and want something else entirely. That's ok!

Step 1: email us: at nikniksboutique@gmail.com and let us know the item name and what size you'd like to exchange it for. We will let you know if we have it and then we will put it on hold for you.

Step 2: We will send you a prepaid shipping label and you'll then just ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will ship you the item you want to exchange it for.

Any price difference will be added to or subtracted from the original total.
