Shipping & Returns
Where we ship:
within the U.S. and to the U.K., Canada, and Australia.
Shipping Cost & Time:
U.S. - Free standard shipping: Orders placed with "FREE SHIPPING" option selected will be shipped out same-day (if placed before 12PM CST) or the next morning, Monday-Saturday. Orders usually arrive in 2-5 days.
Other shipping options:
2-3 Day Priority Shipping $7: Orders placed before 12PM CST are shipped same-day, Monday-Saturday.
Express 1-2 Day Shipping $25: Signature is required. Orders placed before 12PM CST are shipped same-day, Monday-Saturday.
U.K., Canada, & Australia - $30 flat. Those orders will also usually be shipped out same-day or next-day, depending on when the order is placed.
Things to note:
Please always double check that your shipping address is correct! If for some reason you submitted an order with the wrong one, send an email to email@example.com, so we can correct it ASAP!
We offer free returns on clothing purchases.
Accepted returns: all clothing items that are not from the "clearance" section
Unaccepted returns (final sale): jewelry, accessories, clearance items
You can return unworn, undamaged (unwashed, no makeup or dirt, etc.) clothing items within 14 days of the date your package is delivered. You can be refunded or get a store credit if there's something else you'd like.
The return process usually takes 7-10 days total, depending on how long it takes for your item to return back to us through USPS.
International Purchases: not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange
How to return:
Step 1: email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & and let us know what item(s) you want to return. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label.
Step 2: package the item(s) up and ship them back to us. We will quickly refund you as soon as we receive your return.
How to exchange:
We know sometimes you might not pick the right size or might change your mind and want something else entirely. That's ok!
Step 1: email us: at email@example.com and let us know the item name and what size you'd like to exchange it for. We will let you know if we have it and then we will put it on hold for you.
Step 2: We will send you a prepaid shipping label and you'll then just ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will ship you the item you want to exchange it for.
Any price difference will be added to or subtracted from the original total.
