Return Policy

• Unworn, undamaged (no makeup, dirt, etc.) in-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit (gift card) within 14 days of purchase date (return window is extended during the Christmas season for gift purchases)
• Store credit does not expire
• Unaccepted returns: clearance and sale items
• If there's an issue with something you purchased, don't hesitate to stop by, call, or message us about it! We're happy to figure something out!

Online (shipping & in-store pick-up orders): 

• Unworn, undamaged, (no makeup, dirt, etc.) online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit (gift card) within 14 days of delivery or pick-up date
• Unaccepted returns: clearance/sale items
• Store credit does not expire
• Return/exchange process usually takes 7-10 days

International Purchases: not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange
